1. How to request deletion

Where the deletion option is available in your Asiord workspace, you may start the process directly from your account settings. We may require email verification before completing the request to help protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

You may also request deletion by emailing chatsorder@gmail.com. Use the subject line Data deletion request and include the email address associated with your Asiord account.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

2. What happens after a deletion request

Once your request has been verified, ASIORD LTD will review the account and determine which information can be deleted from active systems.

Depending on your role in a business workspace, deleting your personal account may not automatically remove business records that belong to the business.

For example, a team member may delete their own account while shared business records created during their work remain available to the business.

3. Business and customer records

Businesses using Asiord control the customer, order, payment, inventory and operational information they choose to enter into their workspace.

If your personal information was entered into Asiord by a business you interacted with, contact that business first regarding access, correction or deletion of the record. ASIORD LTD will support the business where appropriate.

If you are the sole owner of a workspace, account closure may also involve deletion of the workspace after verification. Where a workspace has additional team members, ownership or access may need to be resolved before the workspace itself can be deleted.

4. Information we may retain

Some information may need to be retained after an account deletion request where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial or legal obligations, enforcement of our agreements, backups or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with our applicable retention practices.

Please do not include passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials in your email.
