Terms of use
These terms explain the basic rules for using Asiord. Effective 26 September 2026.
1. The service and this agreement
Asiord is a workspace for small-business operations, including customer records, orders, inventory, payment records, team workflows and AI-assisted features. These Terms apply to your access to the website and application. Features may change as the product develops; a planned feature is not a promise that it will be available on a particular date.
2. Accounts and teams
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The business owner is responsible for inviting team members and assigning appropriate roles. Team members must use only the access given to them. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to protect the service.
3. Your business data
You retain your rights to the information you enter into Asiord. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to follow your instructions. You must have the right to enter customer and business information and provide any notices or obtain any permissions required for your use of it. Do not upload information you are not entitled to use.
4. AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions, drafts, calculations and proposed actions before relying on them. Asiord may present approval steps for certain actions, but you remain responsible for business decisions, customer communications and the accuracy of records you approve. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial or other professional advice.
5. Availability and future features
We work to keep Asiord available and useful, but testing, maintenance, outages or changes may interrupt access. Back up information important to your business as appropriate. Direct WhatsApp Business integration and production billing are not currently active features. If paid plans are introduced, we will present their price and applicable terms before charging you.
6. Acceptable use and responsibility
Do not use Asiord to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, access another account without permission, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations, and will aim to explain the reason when appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asiord is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law.
7. Changes, ending use and contact
You may stop using Asiord at any time. We may update these Terms as the service changes. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice through the service or by email where practical, and state the new effective date. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account data.
