Turn customer conversations into organized business work.
Asiord gives an authorized business team one workspace for new WhatsApp customer messages, customer context, orders and follow-up. The business stays in control of the connected number and its data.
1. A shared business inbox with useful context
Asiord is a software-as-a-service platform for small-business operations. Its WhatsApp feature lets a business receive and respond to new customer conversations from a WhatsApp Business number that the business chooses to connect.
Authorized team members can work from the same inbox, see the customer record connected to a conversation and use the message as context when preparing an order or follow-up. Asiord does not connect personal WhatsApp accounts or claim ownership of a client's WhatsApp Business assets.
2. The business chooses what to connect
An Asiord owner or administrator starts Meta's Embedded Signup flow from the workspace. Meta authenticates the person and lets them select the business portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone number they are authorized to use. Asiord verifies that the returned business token can access the selected account before saving the connection.
Each Asiord business workspace currently supports one active WhatsApp Business number. Meta access tokens are exchanged on the server, encrypted before storage and removed when the business disconnects the integration.
3. Asiord receives new business messages after connection
After connection, Meta sends webhook events for the selected business number. These events may contain a customer's WhatsApp identifier, phone number and profile name; message text; replies and interactive selections; supported attachment identifiers and metadata; timestamps; and sent, delivered, read or failed status updates.
Asiord does not import earlier WhatsApp history, read personal chats or access another number that was not selected. Platform Data is used only to provide the connected inbox, message delivery, customer service, requested business workflows, security and support. Asiord does not sell that data or use it for unrelated advertising or profiling.
4. Messaging follows WhatsApp's customer-service rules
A team can send normal replies during the active customer service window. Outside that window, Asiord requires a Meta-approved message template. Marketing templates remain blocked until the business records the customer's permission.
Customer messages such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT record an opt-out and block business-initiated templates. Duplicate-send protection and short-term send limits reduce accidental repeat messages and misuse.
5. Owners control retention, AI use and deletion
Owners and administrators can choose a WhatsApp retention period, export stored conversation data, permanently delete stored history and disconnect the WhatsApp Business Account. WhatsApp message access for AI features is off by default and must be enabled by an owner or administrator. A person still reviews any AI-prepared business action before it becomes a saved record.
Read the Privacy policy, the Terms of use and the Data deletion instructionsfor more detail.
6. Availability and company information
The WhatsApp connection will become available to eligible Asiord businesses after the required Meta approvals and remains subject to WhatsApp Business Platform rules and availability.
Asiord is operated by ASIORD LTD, a private company registered in Nigeria. Company Registration Number: 9907245. Questions about the integration can be sent to chatsorder@gmail.com.
