Privacy policy
We believe people should understand what happens to their information. Effective 26 September 2026.
1. Who this policy covers
Asiord handles account and usage information about people who visit or use the service. A business using Asiord decides what customer and business records to enter and who on its team may access them. For those records, Asiord processes information to provide the service on the business's behalf. Contact the relevant business first if your question concerns a record that business entered about you.
2. Information we handle
- Account details: name, email, country, authentication details and team role.
- Business records: business profile, customers, contact details, orders, products, inventory, delivery information, payment records, documents, notes and approvals entered by users.
- AI inputs and outputs: prompts, pasted messages, generated drafts and review decisions when AI features are used.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, device or browser information and logs needed to operate and protect the service.
We do not need your account password in readable form. Avoid entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for your business workflow.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the workspace and requested features, show records to authorized team members, generate documents and reports, support AI-assisted workflows, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Where the law requires a particular legal basis for our own processing, that basis may include performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, compliance with law, or consent where required. A business using Asiord is responsible for the basis for its own customer records.
5. Your choices and rights
You can update much of your account and business information in the workspace. A team member can delete their own account after email verification; shared business records remain with the business, without that member's Auth identity. A sole owner can close the workspace and delete their account after email verification. An owner with teammates cannot use self-service deletion until ownership transfer is available. You can also ask us for access, correction or deletion of your account information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law gives you that right. If a business entered your customer information, contact that business for requests about those records; we will support it as appropriate. Some information may need to be kept for security, dispute resolution or legal reasons.
Asiord uses authentication and preference storage needed for sign-in and a consistent experience. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, we will explain them and provide choices where required.
6. Security and retention
We use access controls, authentication and technical protections designed to safeguard information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep account and business information while needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to backups, legal requirements and legitimate recordkeeping. The exact period depends on the type of record and why it is held.
7. Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, email chatsorder@gmail.com. We may update this policy as the product or our practices change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change is significant.
